Clay Andrus
Vice President
Clay is a Vice President at Cimarron where he is responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, market research and analysis, and assisting in investment portfolio operations.
Prior to joining Cimarron, Clay was the Director of Finance and Strategy for Traeger Pellet Grills, where he helped drive growth through strategic planning, financial execution and M&A, eventually assisting in the sale of the company to a financial sponsor. Clay began his career as a Credit Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where he supported the Leveraged Finance Capital Markets Group and worked with companies across a variety of industries before leaving to join the Structured Finance team at Bridge Investment Group. Clay is also an active investor and entrepreneur, having formed and managed an angel investment vehicle, and co-founded and operated a venture-backed event entertainment company.
Clay received his Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah.
