Austen is an Associate at Cimarron where he is responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, market research and analysis, and assisting in investment portfolio operations.

Austen is joining Cimarron out of business school. While completing his studies, Austen was a summer associate at Great Hill Partners where he engaged in financial modeling and evaluation of several healthcare investment opportunities. Austen also held summer internships with Eden Capital (operationally focused healthcare and education PE firm) and Altamont Capital Partners. Earlier internships included investment banking with Bank Street Group and a summer analyst program with Bessemer.

Austen expects to graduate with his Master of Business Administration from the Stern School of Business at NYU, and received his Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, and Management from The Wharton School.
